Long Time No Talk

Its enlightening to go back and read old posts. First off, I apologize to Ben for being the second kid and not getting the go-getter of a mom that I was with Els (no blog posts for you chum). Second, I'd like to say I've gotten wiser over the years but honestly, I think I've become more jaded and crotchety. You see when you start having babies, its all so new and exciting. And then you slowly start to realize....I'm responsible for turning theses little beings into a well rounded, productive contribution to society? Yikes! I think my new goal is to try to remember that excitement and face each new stage with that in mind. Its easy to get so caught up in the mundane-ness of life. Ya feel me?
